Neil was born and raised south of Vermilion on the family farm. He received his diploma in Crop Sciences from Lakeland College. In between summers he worked at the County of Vermilion River No. 24 as Assistant Ag. Fieldman doing research plots in conjunction with industry partners and producers. He then worked at Cargill in Dawson Creek as assistant elevator manager for 2 years meeting producers needs.

For over the last 10 years, Neil and his family have called Wainwright their home and he has been a part of Andrukow Group Solutions Inc. as their Crop Management Specialist servicing the local area in Agronomy information.

He is passionate about the Agritrend model and the workings that it entails and looks forward to introducing it to future clientele!
